Children can attend our holiday clubs from primary school age until the age of fifteen. If you add in your child’s D.O.B. on the booking form, it will notify you before checkout if there is a problem. If not, you’re good to go.

We do ask that all children are fully toilet trained before attending, as staff may not always be able to support with nappies or pull ups.

For those making an immediate payment online, you will just need to add in your payment details and checkout as with any online purchase.

Tax-Free Childcare

If you wish to pay via the government’s tax-free childcare scheme, this is something that you must already be signed up to. When you get to our checkout page, you need to enter the code “TAXFREECHILDCARE”. This will discount your booking to £0 (but it will show you the discounted amount, which is the total amount due and payable via the scheme).

Next, you need to log in to your government tax-free childcare account and make the payment. You will need to add us as a provider (which you can do by searching for us) if you haven’t already.

Once the payment is made, you then email us with the tax free childcare code so that we can match it to your booking (if your child was called Dave Jones, the code would look something like: DJON12345TFC). You may not receive a reply to your email, but we will contact you if there are any problems.

Student Childcare Grant

We do also take payment via the student childcare grant. Again, this is something that you must already be signed up to.

Upon checkout, you will use the code “CHILDCAREGRANT”. You are liable to pay 15% of the total cost upfront, and this should be paid to our account straight away (details below) using your booking reference number as the payment reference.

We will then claim the remaining 85% via the grant in the following week. You must ensure that you have added us as a provider on your account. You’ll need our provider reference number in order to add us. This is “CCG2488793”.

Childcare Vouchers

We do not tend to take any other forms of payment. However, we are signed up to a couple of childcare voucher schemes (although not all of them, as they have been gradually phased out since 2018 and replaced by the tax-free childcare scheme). If this is your only possible form of payment, please send us an email before booking and we will see if we can help.

Once your booking is successful, the website page will display your booking number (e.g. #03124). You will automatically receive a booking confirmation within seconds. These often end up in the junk box, so please check there!

Our automatic confirmation emails have all the relevant details (or where else to look for specific information) needed before you arrive, so please keep hold of it.

Our automatic confirmation emails (please check your junk box!) are your receipt. They have all of the relevant details needed to claim back your childcare costs via Universal Credit or other schemes. If you do run into an issue trying to use the email as proof, please email us. However, they are usually accepted.
